Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Processing Time Processing begins within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday or over the weekend will have processing time start on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the day the package leaves our warehouse.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.
Important – Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU – Delivered Duties Unpaid)
- All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
- Any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- These fees are determined and collected by your local customs office or courier when the package arrives in your country.
- [Store Name] has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Typical fees range from 0–35% of the order value depending on your country and product type.
- Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us or abandoned, and you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return fees.
International Shipping Rates & Times Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Delays can occur due to customs clearance in the destination country.
International Orders – Mandatory Acknowledgment During checkout, you will be required to check the box confirming: ☐ I understand and accept that I am responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and any other fees charged by my country upon delivery.
Countries We Cannot Ship To Due to carrier restrictions or sanctions, we currently cannot ship to: Crimea, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and a small number of other restricted destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
General Shipping Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control (weather, holidays, strikes, etc.).
- Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
- If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- We reserve the right to use any carrier that provides the best service and value.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal facility first. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it.
